                    1 - The parties to this agreement are any user of this application and the owner of this application, any references to "we", "us" or "our" in these terms and conditions should be to the Discover Hail application; references to "user", "you" or "your" in these terms and conditions should be to any user of this application.

2 - Your use and access to this application is at all times subject to the provisions of these terms and conditions and by using or accessing this application you fully agree to all these terms and conditions and agree to be fully bound and comply with them. You are also responsible for ensuring that all persons who access your application are aware of these terms and conditions and any other applicable terms and conditions, and that they comply with them.

3 - If you do not wish to be bound by and comply with these terms and conditions, you must immediately terminate your access and use of this application.

4 - Disclaimer: It should be read carefully and given the user's acceptance of entering the application, all claims that may be made in the future against the Discover Hail application are waived, and it shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury that may occur as a result of participating in or experiencing any tourism or recreational activity in this application for any reason whatsoever. This agreement shall be in force.

This agreement is subject to and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
